Singer and music executive Dammy Krane has said he didn’t take legal action against rapper Idowest after he abandoned his contract with him to join Davido Music Worldwide, DMW, because he considered giving him a platform as a “help.”

Krane stated this while reacting to Idowest’s recent revelation on Instagram that he (Dammy Krane) didn’t give him any benefits while he was signed to his platform.

Taking to his X handle, Dammy Krane wrote: “I gave Idowest a platform (management contract doesn’t come with money; he read the contract). After he blew, he joined 30BG. I didn’t drag them to court and I left it to God and n*gga still saying sh*t. Na why people no dey help people be dis.”
