The forward netted three goals for his former club during the first round.
Joseph’s recruitment will boost Azeez Audu’s battle for a promotion.
Wikki Tourists are top of NNL Group A table with 15 points.
They will face Abubakar Bukola Saraki when the second round resumes later next month.
