The winger is suspended after picking a direct red card in their last fixture against Gombe United at the Pantami Township Stadium.
Falke will serve a three match ban following his sending off.
He has featured prominently for the Oluyole Warriors in the Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, this season.
Shooting Stars are unbeaten since the start of the second stanza.
Gbenga Ogunbote’s side have recorded one win and two draws in their last three games.
