Nigerian singer Wizkid has been nominated in two categories of respected American award event, ‘Soul Train Awards’ 2019.
The respected music act was nominated in the ‘Best Collaboration’ category for his effort on American musician Beyonce’s standout track, ‘Brown Skin Girl’ featuring Saint Jhn, Wizkid and Blue Ivy Carter.
Top musicians like Cardi B, Bruno Mars, Chris Brown, Drake, Ty Dolla $ign, J, Cole were also nominated in the category.
Also, Wizkid got another nod in the ‘Ashford And Simpson Songwriter’s Award’ category for his writing effort on ‘Brown Skin Girl’, a song that was written by Beyoncé Knowles, Carlos St. John, Adio Marchant, Shawn Carter, Stacy Barthe, Anathi Mnyango, Michael Uzowuru, Ayodeji Balogun (Wizkid) and Richard Isong.
The awards are set to air on BET live from Las Vegas on Sunday, Nov. 17
