Young man makes landlord believe he’s a farmer to avoid being arrested

A young Nigerian man has revealed how he packaged himself as a legitimate worker to calm his landlord who was probably suspicious of him being an internet scammer aka Yahoo boy.

He visited a cassava processing factory and joined them in peeling the cassava. The lad ensured that he was recorded on tape so that he could show his landlord.

His reason for doing this is connected with the recent warning by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, that landlords who rent house to Yahoo boys risk being sent to prison for 15 years.

So, in order to get his landlord to give a report of him having a legitimate job, he decided to package himself as a farmer.

He shared a video of him at the cassava processing factory and revealed what his landlord did after seeing him.
