One cap Nigerian international goalkeeper ,MADUKA OKOYE,is close to signing terms with six-time Dutch champions Sparta Rotterdam,according to OMASPORTS.COM.
The German-born goalkeeper only just switch allegiances to his native Nigeria some months back and after plying his trade for Fortuna Düsseldorf II in the Regionalliga West since 2017, garnering 22 appearances and with his contract poised to expire at the end of next month,the present seems like the perfect time to seek a new experience for the goal tender.
Okoye can begin to speak to other clubs even without the approval of Fortuna Düsseldorf because his contract with the German Bundesliga side expires at the end of next month.
Apart from Sparta Rotterdam, the once dual-eligible goalkeeper is also attracting interest from unnamed European clubs.
