“Begging your ex for money is an insult to your husband” – Nigerian Lawyer

A Nigerian activist and lawyer has taken to social media to opine that married women asking their ex-boyfriends for money was wrong.

She asserted that it was disrespectful to the woman’s spouse and urged people who do it to stop right away in order to save their marriage.

The lawyer claims that because there may be temptations or strange requests from the lender and it may open the door for adultery.

She wrote;

“Married women should stop begging their Ex’s for money. It’s an insult to your husband, it’s also create ways for Adultery.”

In other news, a Nigerian woman, identified as Tokoni Gloria, has sparked a debate on social media after telling men that they have failed if their wives feel more comfortable and happy in their father’s house than in their own.

Tokoni took to Facebook to share this opinion on Tuesday, May 2. According to her, a man has failed in his duty as a husband if his home is not a safe and comfortable haven for his wife, compared to her father’s house
