Abubakar Bala leaves Lobi Stars after two months in charge

Abubakar Bala has left his post as head coach of Nigeria Premier Football League club, Lobi Stars, thedabigal reports.

Bala reportedly resigned following misunderstanding with vice chairman of the club, Dominic Iorfa.

The young tactician took charge at Lobi Stars in July after the contract of erstwhile handler of the team, Mohammed Babaganaru was not renewed.

Bala was in charge of another NPFL side, Niger Niger Tornadoes last season.

Lobi Stars are now expected to appoint a new head coach before the commencement of the 2023/24 NPFL season.

The date for the commencement of the new season is yet to be announced by the NPFL board.
