Popular Nollywood actress, Jemima Osunde, has lambasted a Twitter user over a comment she made about wedding gifts a lady received from her husband.
A newly wedded bride had taken to the micro-blogging platform to brag about the gifts she received from her husband on their wedding day. The bride’s tweet, however, stirred mixed reactions from tweeps. While some applauded the husband, others left vile comments.
The lady then revealed that most of the people upset about the disclosure, that she received a land and N1 million as wedding gifts from her husband, were men.
Reacting to her post, a Twitter user told her that getting the gifts does not mean that their union would be blissful, she asked the lady not to get carried away and prepare for “battles” coming her way.
Actress, Jemima Osunde who was piqued by the lady’s comment in response questioned her sanity.
