Arsenal boss, Mikel Arteta, does not believe that Oleksandr Zinchenko and Thomas Partey will be fit to take on Aston Villa.

The Gunners are looking to continue their 100 percent record in the Premier League in their fifth match of the season.

They then take on Manchester United at Old Trafford on Sunday, but could be without Zinchenko and Partey for one or both of those games.

Asked if they will be back imminently, Arteta said: “I don’t think so.

“We still have to make another scan, especially on Thomas but I don’t think they will be available.

“Let’s see [if it is long or short term]. I cannot see yet.”
