Enyimba forward, Joseph Atule, said he will present his award to the fans before the start of the CAF Champions League preliminary round tie against Al Ahli Benghazi of Libya.
The encounter is billed for the Godswill Akpabio Stadium, Uyo on Sunday.
Atule was named best midfielder of the 2022-23 Nigeria Professional Football League season at the League Bloggers Award ceremony in Lagos.
The former Lobi Stars midfielder was absent at the Award ceremony due to Enyimba late arrival from the first leg of the CAF competition in Algeria.
Atule recently joined Enyimba from Lobi Stars
He registered five goals for Lobi Stars last season and was named in the Team of the Season.
