Abdul Baba Rahman is preparing to leave Chelsea this summer.

The Ghana defender has been with the Blues since 2015 after arriving from Augsburg for £20m.

But the 27-year-old has gone on to only make 15 Premier League appearances for Chelsea since and has spent most of his time at the club out on loan.

Baba Rahman spent last season on-loan with Reading and they’re keen to re-sign him.

But Ghanasoccernet.com reports Championship rivals Middlesbrough were monitoring Rahman’s performances closely at the Royals and were impressed.
