Terry Waya, billionaire father of BBNaija 2020 housemate, Kiddwaya, has said the ongoing reality TV show was not created only for the poor.

The business man said this while reacting to comments that his son does not deserve to win the N85 million grand prize because of his financial status, stating that the reality TV show belongs to the poor and the rich.

Speaking during an Instagram live interview with BBC Pidgin, Waya maintained that his son, Kiddwaya deserves the same right to win the money like every other housemate.

The Benue-born businessman explained that it is the money contributed by both the poor and the rich through voting, adverts and others that is given to the winner at the end of the show.

Mr Waya who spoke in Pidgin English, noted that the show is not being watched by the poor alone as the rich also spend their time watching it.

He went further to advise those insulting his son for participating in the show to stop, insisting that the programme is for all.
