Fast-rising Ghanaian rapper, Black Sherif has opened up on how he met Grammy-winning Nigerian singer, Damini ‘Burna Boy’ Ogulu.
Speaking during an interview on Ghana’s TV3, the Hip Hop artiste revealed that Nigerian dancer, Poco Lee is the person who played his song for Burna Boy.
According to Black Sherif, when the African Giant heard his song, he loved it and reached out to him.
He disclosed that a member of Burna Boy’s team contacted him on WhatsApp and said that the ‘Dangote’ crooner loves his song.
The rapper said that when he eventually got a chance to speak with Burna Boy via video call, they talked for about 20 minutes.
