Breaking – Club Terminates Contract Of Super Eagles Captain With Immediate Effect

Another player of the senior national team of Nigeria has been rendered clubless by his club. A move that is coming just 24 hours after the close of the summer transfer window.

The player in question is the captain of the senior national team of Nigeria Ahmed Musa. His deal with Turkish side Fatih Karagümrük one year before it expiration date.

Musa’s deal at the Turkish side was billed to run till the summer of 2023 but it was terminated earlier today with no reason given for now on the action taken by the Turkish side.

He joined the team a little over a year ago from Kano Pillars on a free transfer. It is the second time in two years that his deal will be terminated before it expiration as he left Saudi Arabia side Al Nassr following termination of his deal.
