Popular Ekiti chef, Damilola Adeparusi, better known as Chef Dammy, has she received N1 million from a Nigerian businessman.
After seeing a viral video of the chef buying roasted corn along the roadside, the wealthy businessman offered to gift chef Dammy N1 million.
She was seen standing peacefully by the roadside as she waited for her turn in the viral Instagram video.
A Nigerian who recognized her at the scene filmed her and posted it on Instagram.
While many insulted the renowned chef, a nice businessman known as Fekomi was moved with sorrow and offered her N1 million.
“Tag her let me send her a DM. N1 million for her. At least una go fit keep shot,” the businessman wrote.
Although some netizens thought the businessman was chasing clout, photographs of the chef carrying a N1 million check proved them wrong.
He asked people to cease criticizing the young woman while sharing the photographs because she was attempting to break a record and should only be motivated.
