Nigerian disc jockey, Dorcas Fapson, has reacted after she was criticized on social media for opening Davido’s concert at the O2 Arena with Wizkid’s song.
Dorcas had opened Daviod’s show with a Wizkid song, which enraged many fans of the 30BG boss, who trooped to social media to drag the DJ to filth while airing their complaints.
Responding to the backlash, Dorcas explained that the artist performing (Davido) would be, after all, performing all his songs and it would be unwise to open up the show with the same songs he would be performing.
She added that if it were a Wizkid’s show, she would have done the same thing and opened the show with Davido’s hit song, as she’s sure it would excite the audience.

In other news, Davido’s personal logistic manager, Isreal DMW, had his wish come through at Davido’s sold out show at the O2 Arena, as he opened the concert.
Recall that some weeks ago, Davido shared a screenshot of a hilarious WhatsApp conversation between him and Isreal DMW, where the latter noted he wished to perform on stage at the 02 Arena, London.
In the chat, Israel expressed his desire to welcome his boss on stage at the concert, and to show he really means business he sent his boss a video of his rehearsals.
