Everton manager, Carlo Ancelotti, has confirmed that key player, James Rodriguez, will miss his side’s clash against Chelsea on Monday night at Stamford Bridge.

According to Ancelotti, Rodriguez could be available for Everton’s next game against Burnley.

Everton heads to the game against Chelsea, Monday night, after defeating West Brom 1-0 last Thursday.

“With James, I don’t know. I think we have to check,” Ancelotti said as quoted by Everton’s official website.

“I think maybe he is not ready for the game against Chelsea.

“But for the next game against Burnley, yes [he could be available].”

The kick-off time for the game is 7 pm.
