Manchester City manager, Pep Guardiola has criticized his players for failing to kill off games.

Guardiola was speaking after they drew 2-2 with Crystal Palace on Saturday.

The Premier League champions appeared to be on their way to a routine win after Jack Grealish and Rico Lewis gave them a 2-0 lead.

However, Jean-Philippe Mateta’s strike and a late penalty from Michael Olise ensured Palace got a share of the points.

Speaking after the match, Guardiola said: “We are not able to win games. It happened here against Liverpool.

“It happened here against Spurs, and we cannot take points. We cannot do anything else.”

On conceding late goals, he added: “It’s not bad luck, it’s deserved. We give away two points. You give away this penalty, you deserve it.”
