Final year OAU student dies in auto crash eyewitness blames boyfriend

A 400 level student of Foreign Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State, identified as Mariam Adeola was involved a fatal accident.

Unfortunately the accident claimed her life. Reports states that the deceased was in the car with her boyfriend on Sunday, May 23rd, 2021, when the tragic incident occured.

A source said that the driver of the car was over-speeding which led to the tragic clash.

“The boy was over speeding before the car rammed into a shop along Ede road, Osun state. They were both rushed to the hospital but unfortunately the girl died while the boy is in a critical condition.” The source said.
Friends of the deceased have taken to social media to mourn the death of the lady and a page named@oau_connect confirmed the news of her death on Instagram with a post captioned;

An amazing soul to an accident that happened at Ede Road today. She’s a Part 4, Foreign language student. May her soul rest in peace ????️????????
