Fire has gutted tank farm at Oando depot along Gaskiya Road, Ijora Badia Lagos State, leading to a bit of panic in the area.
There are contradictory statements on the owner of the tank farm.
An explosion in the tank farm located in Apapa, Lagos, sparked a major fire on Thursday, November 5.
According to eyewitnesses, many people were injured by the fire that has been raging for over an hour.
Lagos State Emergency Management Agency, LASEMA, has swung into action to put the fire out.
The agency has activated its emergency response plan and all relevant stakeholders have commenced appropriate measures to combat the flames and prevent secondary incidents.
