Governors, Ministers, top APC officials arrive Emir of Kano’s palace to formalise plans for Yusuf Buhari’s wedding

State Governors, ministers and top APC officials are currently at Emir of Kano’s place, to formalise plans for the wedding of President Buhari’s son Yusuf Buhari. Yusuf is currently engaged to the 19 year old Zahra Bayero, the daughter of the Emir of Bichi Alhaji Dr. Nasir Bayero.Governor Abubakar Badaru of Jigawa State led the delegation to Kano to fine-tune the wedding plan which will hold between August and September.

The Emir of Bichi is the younger brother Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero, the Emir of Kano, who is currently hosting the delegation from the president.

Some members of the President’s family are also at the palace to finalise plans for the wedding.
