Popular Nigerian comedian Abdulgafar Ahmad, better known as Cute Abiola, has taken to social media to express his pain over the tragic passing of his friend, singer, Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, better known as Mohbad.

In a series of posts shared on his Instagram page, the content creator revealed that Mohbad had recently promised to work with him on his upcoming project.

He added that the singer also planned to get himself a new car by the end of the week, but that would no longer be able to happen.

He wrote,

In other news, Wunmi, the bereaved wife of singer, Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, better known as Mohbad, has taken to social media to mourn his tragic passing.

In a series of posts shared on her Instagram story, Wunmi, who has been with the singer for ten years, disclosed that they have a son who is only 5 months old.

She also opened up on the singer’s struggles and battle with depression, stating that nothing made him happy anymore and he even wanted her and their son to relocate abroad so he can face ‘them’ alone

The heartbroken lady bemoaned becoming a widow at the young age of 24, and and wondered where to begin putting her life back together and raising their son on her own.
