Real Madrid midfielder Federico Valverde has said that he has no plans to leave Los Blancos amid interest from Chelsea.
Valverde said he wants to remain with Real Madrid, which he described as the best team in the world, and continue fighting for titles.
Chelsea are looking to strengthen their squad this summer transfer window and are chasing midfielders.
Mauricio Pochettino’s side were linked with a €100 million bid for Valverde but will have to look elsewhere as the midfielder has no plans to leave Real Madrid this summer.
“No, no, I am at Real Madrid. I try to enjoy and value every moment,” Valverde was quoted by GOAL as saying.
“I want to leave my mark on this team, which is the best in the world, and also continue to win titles for the fans.”
