A Nigerian man identified as, Anthony Onome Unuode, has died after he was stabbed by thugs during the #EndSARS protest in Abuja.
Nigerians are protesting across the country against police brutality, though some paid thugs have taken the opportunity to attack innocent Nigerians.
According to reports, Anthony Onome Unuode, died on Sunday October 18, after he was allegedly stabbed by hoodlums who attacked #EndSARS protesters in Kubwa, Abuja on Saturday, October 17.
Anthony was always seen at the Abuja protest before he was attacked by sponsored thugs in Abuja.
He later died at an undisclosed hospital today, October 18 after fighting for his life! RIP Our Fallen Hero!! Never forgotten!!
A Twitter user @ree_vigilus, shared the sad news of Anthony’s demise, wrote;
”This is my friend Anthony Onome Unuode! He has been very active with this protest #EndSARS for a week now! He was stabbed by thugs yesterday at Kubwa Abuja, during the protest! He died today!
We can’t stop now!”
