A Twitter user has narrated how Karma caught up with a childhood friend who duped him years ago.

The young man in a Twitter thread said he was about 18 years old when the incident happened.

According to him, he went to register for JAMB with a friend, but on that day the network was bad, so they couldn’t complete the registration, only to return the next day to discover that the card had been used.

He said he later discovered that his friend had copied the PIN from his card and used it to register for himself.

The victim said he just found out that the same friend was paraded by the EFCC for fraud and his mugshot was shared on the anti-graft agency’s page.

He stated that seeing his friend in that situation makes him feel as if he has finally gotten justice for what happened years ago.

“I was about 18yo or so, when my dad gave me money to get jamb form for my sibling, I took my childhood friend along to the jamb office got the card and we tried registering that evening, network didn’t permit us, so we agreed to try again the next day”, he wrote in part.
