French Ligue 1 side Nantes have reached an agreement on transfer fee for the transfer of their Nigerian winger Moses Simon, OwnGoalNigeria.com understands.

Both teams have agreed a deal for a fee which will rise to the region of €20 million when add on of €5 million is factored into the deal for the 26 year old. Nantes will receive a fee of €15 million as the main transfer fee.

However, Simon appears not to be keen on the move as he is holding out for a move to a team in the Ligue 1, where as many as six teams have already gotten in touch with his camp over a move in the summer.

Newcastle are however not giving up and will seek for permission to speak with the winger in the summer. Leeds United are also not out of the race yet. An unnamed team in Germany rumoured to be RB Leipzig is said to have join the mix as well.
