Super Eagles coach, Gernot Rohr, has named his side’s starting XI to tackle Cape Verde in today’s World Cup qualifying tie in Lagos.

Rohr opted to start Odion Ighalo and Victor Osimhen in Nigeria’s attack line against Cape Verde, according to OwnGoalNigeria.

Nigeria head to the game following a 2-0 victory over Liberia in their last game on Saturday.

Below is Nigeria’s starting XI against Cape Verde:

Maduka Okoye, Chidozie Awaziem, William Ekong, Leon Balogun, Joe Aribo, Wilfred Ndidi, Alex Iwobi, Moses Simon, Jamilu Collins, Odion Ighalo and Victor Osimhen.

The kick-off time for the match is 5 pm.
