Bayelsa United forward, Robert Mizo, has expressed delight with the team’s return to winning ways.
The Prosperity Boys halted their six-game winless run with a 2-0 win over Rangers on Sunday.
Ekeson Okorie and Lawal Malik netted the goals for Bayelsa United at the Samson Siasia Stadium, Yenagoa.
Mizo assured that the team will continue to improve in subsequent games.
“Grateful for the positive result against Rangers on Sunday,” he wrote on his X handle.
“We got all three points as a team. We will keep fighting till the very end.”
Bayelsa United remain in bottom spot on the table despite the win.
