NUC approves 19 new programmes for Ignatius Ajuru University of Education

The National Universities Commission has given accreditation for nineteen undergraduate and post-graduate programmes in the Ignatius Ajuru University of Education in Rivers State.

The full accreditation by NUC comes three months after the commission’s accreditation panel visited the institution to ascertain the human and material resources available to run the new programmes.

The news of the accreditation was announced in a statements issued by the vice-chancellor of the Institution, Professor Ozo Mekuri Ndimele.

The VC in the statement commended staff for the effort toward achieving the feat.
