Three persons also sustained injuries in the accident that involved a white Toyota Coaster bus marked AAB-686YJ and a white Man Diesel truck with no number plate.

According to Akinbiyi, three men and one woman were involved in the road crash, saying that one of the three men died on the spot.

thedabigal learnt that two of the victims were taken to State Hospital, Ijaye, Abeokuta, adding the third victim was taken to another hospital by officials of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC).
