Osun 2018: Davido Throws Rally For Dancing Uncle Adeleke, Residents Troop Out En Masse

Amidst controversy trailing the Adeleke family that EFCC freezes their bank accounts, yesterday was a rally to show they’re not bothered about the saga, but the forthcoming gubernatorial election.

Nigerian Afro fusion artiste, Davido held a rally in support of his dancing uncle, Senator Ademola Adeleke on Saturday, September 15, 2018.

The superstar’s celebrity status was proven as the whole Osun state trooped out en masses to support the rally.

As the election date draws closer — in less than a week, Davido’s uncle, Nurudeen Ademola Adeleke is contesting under the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP’s umbrella, taking after his elder brother, Senator Isiaka Adetunji Adeleke who died few months ago.

After late Adeleke’s death, he came on the political scene, using his family goodwill and sympathy for the tragic nature of his brother’s death to win Osun West Senatorial bye election.
