Dmx’s history struggling with substance abuse has been well documented. Less than a month after inking a new deal with Def Jam, the rap veteran has decided to into himself into a rehab facility.
The announcement was made to fans via X’s Instagram on Saturday night (Oct. 12). Along with a photo of the rapper, the picture is captioned, “In his ongoing commitment to putting family and sobriety first, DMX has checked himself into a rehab facility. He apologizes for his cancelled shows and thanks his fans for their continued support.”
