Real Valladolid Confirm Signing Of 19 Year Old Nigerian From Nigeria League One Side Valiant FC

LaLiga side Real Valladolid have concluded the signing of 19 year old Nigerian Akinsola Babatunde Jimoh from Nigeria League One side (NLO) Valiant FC, OwnGoalNigeria.com understands.

He will begin with the B team of the newly promoted team from where his progress will be monitored for promotion to the main team. Jimoh was a part of the 2021 Nigeria U17 team per what we gathered.

His local side Valiant FC play in the third division of Nigeria league and also the Lagos Divisional League, where we gathered he has been one of the stand out players. The length of and details of his deal with the club wasn’t made public.

Real Valladolid is owned by former world player of the year Ronaldo de Lima popularly known as Ronaldo. He acquired 51% of the club in 2018, a stake which has since increased to 82% as at 2020.
