Captain of the senior national team of Nigeria Ahmed Musa was denied a move to English Premier League side West Brom by his former team Al Nassr, Owngoalnigeria.com can exclusively reveal.

Musa was among the players former coach of Slaven Bilic wanted to use to strengthen his team following their promotion to the English Premier League.

However the move which was supposed to be a loan deal was truncated by his Al Nassr as they insist on an outright sale according to findings gathered by this portal.

That move didn’t go down well with Musa who ended up cancelling his contract with the team by mutual consent few months later paving the way for him to move as a free agent.

His representative Tony Harris is currently mulling on offers from several teams in Europe with the duo of Galatasary and CSKA Moscow considered as the favorite to clinch the signing of the 27 year old.
