Coach of the Nigerian team Gernot Rohr dropped a hint about playin with three at the back after the loss of Jamilu Collins and William Troost Ekong to injury in Friday’s friendly.
Rohr as now made up his mind to try the formation when they take on Cameroon tomorrow with his defence badly decimated by injury forced withdrawal for the game.
The team will play with the trio of Valentine Ozornwafor, Chidozie Awaziem and Jude Anthony Izuchukwu as the back three with Shehu Abdullahi and Moses Simon playing as right and left wingback respectively.
