Former Chelsea technical director, Mike Emenalo has urged Victor Osimhen to quit Napoli for a move to the Saudi Arabia Professional Football League.

Saudi club, Al Hilal have Osimhen on their radar and recently had two bids rejected for the striker by Serie A champions, Napoli.

The 24-year-old is currently negotiating a new contract with Napoli.

Emenalo, who is now the director of football of the Saudi Pro League, has urged his compatriot to consider a move to the lucrative league.

“Osimhen is Nigerian like me.

“For me, he is great, a fantastic football artist. Would I want him here in this league? Sure, I’d like to. I’m sure it would be wonderful.

“I am sure that Napoli will manage, they will overcome it and will be able to find another Nigerian who is just as strong,” Emenalo told Corriere dello Sport.

Osimhen was top scorer in Serie A last season with 26 goals.

The striker was the first Nigerian to achieve the feat.
