Head coach of the Nigeria U20 team Ladan Bosso has made three changes to his starting lineup for today’s game against Egypt, OGN can exclusively reveal.

Nigeria started their campaign losing 0-1 to Senegal and need at least a draw against Egypt today to keep their hope of progressing to the next round alive.

The coach took the bold step of dropping first choice goalkeeper Nathaniel Nwosu for Chijioke Anigboso but kept faith with the back four of Augustine Njoku, Solomon Agbalaka, Daniel Bamaiyi and the impressive Francis Benjamin.

Team’s mercurial midfielder Daniel Daga wasn’t passed fit for the game after the injury against Senegal and his place has been handed to Mohammed Aminu with the duo of Samson Lawal and Onuche Ogbelu keeping their spot in the middle.

In attack, Olamilekan Adams makes way for Nasarawa United’s Ayuba Francis but Bosso kept faith with Haliru-Sarki and Mohammed Beji despite the duo not playing to the expected level against Senegal.

Starting XI: Chijioke Anigboso (GK), Benjamin Frederick, Daniel Bamaiyi, Augustine Njoku, Solomon Agbalaka, Aminu Mohammed, Onuche Ogbelu, Samson Lawal, Haliru Sarki, Mohammed Beji, Ayuba Francis.
