Miss Vera Uwaila Omozuwa is set to be buried today, after she was brutally raped and murdered in Redeemed Christian Church of God in Benin, Edo state.
The brutal rape and murder of Uwa Omozuwa, has been condemned by Nigerians all over the country. The victim was said to have been raped on Friday 29th May near Ikpoba Hill in Benin City, at her church, the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG).
According to reports gathered, the deceased had gone to the church to read as she prepared for the possible school resumption after months of staying at home as a result of the lockdown order.
She is set to be buried today 13th, November 2020, a social media user has revealed. See her obituary below;
The police has arrested six suspects in relation to the murder of the young lady.
The suspects arrested are Nelson Ogbebor, Akato Valentine, Mrs. Tina Samuel, Mrs. Mary Ade, Nosa Osabohien and Collins Ulegbe.
