Ahead of the senior national team of Nigeria 2022 World Cup qualifiers against Cape Verde tomorrow. The Nigerian team had their last training session earlier today.
The game which they must avoid defeat in order to seal a spot in the final round of qualifiers will be played at the Teslim Balogun stadium in Lagos.
Nigeria had a feel of the pitch and after a one hour, thirty minutes session. The players practiced set pieces as it could be one of the route to get a goal tomorrow.
Nantes of France winger Moses Simon stole the show by curling home a sublime effort which left goalkepper Daniel Akpeyi stranded leading to applause from the other players.
Simon is expected to keep his spot in the starting lineup tomorrow and many Nigerians will be hoping he replicate same tomorrow during the course of the game.
