Nigerian singer, Olanrewaju Ogunmefun professionally known as Vector, has taken to social media to celebrate his daughter as she turns a year older today, December 2.
Recounting how he came up with her name “Iyioluwadamilola”, the singer said he thought really hard for a name because he wanted something that resonates with everything he wishes for his generation.
He shared a photo of him carrying his little girl up and made an inside joke about movie, Lion King. According to him, when his daughter is old enough, she will see how Rafiki showed his son, Simba, to the world.
Vector wrote,
“I thought hard and deep about a name to call you.
I wanted something that resonates with everything I wish my bloodline.
The honor of God / ancestry / universe / life is a blessing for me.
Happy birthday IYIOLUWADAMILOLA.
When you’re old enough you will see how Rafiki showed Simba to the world????.”
